In order to reveal the worst airlines in the world, AirlineRatings focused on air safety, has made a ranking list that discriminates which of the safest and most dangerous airlines in the world.

Gathering data from various international aviation and government sources, he developed a list where he scores from 1 to 7, with the lowest notes corresponding to the most insecure and therefore worse top 10 worst airlines.

The criteria that served as the basis for this analysis were several, such as the number of fatalities, compliance with safety standards imposed by the International Civil Aviation Organization, the rigor of their inspections, if they were audited by IOSA (Operational Safety Audit of IATA) and how many values (from 0 to 8) were obtained in this audit.

Other factors considered were whether the companies belong to the Federal Aviation Administration (AFA), whether they are allowed to fly in the European Union’s airspace and what country they operate in.

The list below shows the worst airlines, which received a score of 3 or less in this evaluation.

We took note 3, had a fatality in 2010, and got 0 in the IOSA audit. You are not allowed to fly in the European Union.
